The Company assesses the credit risk of each borrower based on a comprehensive evaluation of multiple factors, including but not limited to the borrower’s financial profile, income and cash flows, credit history, nature and value of security, loan parameters, geographic considerations, and prevailing regulatory and market conditions.
The assessment is carried out in accordance with the Company’s internal credit and risk management policies and applicable regulatory guidelines. Based on this assessment, the appropriate pricing and terms of the loan are determined.
